E' finalmente arrivato il momento per l'evento che tutti stavamo aspettando!!!
Di che cosa stiamo parlando? Dell' EVENTO NAZIONALE 2017 !!!!
Sarà il momento in cui più di 3000 Erasmus provenienti da tutta Italia si riuniranno a Cosenza con l'unico scopo di divertirsi insieme!!!
IN CHE COSA CONSISTE:
L’ EVENTO NAZIONALE durerà quattro giorni, dal 25 al 28 maggio.
Un intero villaggio nella costa vicino alla bella città di Cosenza sarà pronto ad accogliere gli Erasmus da tutta Italia! Avremo feste, attività ed escursioni.
LA QUOTA:
La quota di partecipazione é di 300€, e comprende:
- Tre notti (25, 26, 27 maggio) in camere multiple
- Tre colazioni
- Tre Cene
- Tre pranzi
- 2 viaggi con trasferimento
- Animazione & Sicurezza
- Assicurazione
- 2 feste ogni giorno, una al pomeriggio e una di notte, sia in spiaggia che in piscina
- Kit di benvenuto con la T-shirt ufficiale
Il prezzo potrà scendere a seconda del numero di partecipanti!!!
COME PARTECIPARE:

Il pagamento sarà diviso in 3 quote:
- la prima di 150€ per confermare il tuo posto
- una più tardi di 150€
- l’ultima da 50€ (che sono la cauzione che riceverete indietro pochi giorni dopo l’evento se non avete fatto danni).
I pagamenti inizieranno lunedi 13 marzo nel nostro ufficio ESN
Solo chi paga la quota iniziale di 150€ riserva il suo posto, quindi assicuratevi di essere i primi ad iscrivervi perché i posti sono LIMITATI e tutti vogliono prendere parte all'evento dell'anno!

The time has finally come… the event everyone was looking for is finally ready.
Wondering what we’re talking about? That’s the EVENTO NAZIONALE 2017!!!!
It’ll be the time when more than 3000 Erasmus people from everywhere in Italy will gather in Cosenza with the only purpose of having the best time of their lives!
WHAT:
The EVENTO NAZIONALE will last four days, from the 25th to the 28th of May.
An entire village in the coastline close to the beautiful city of Cosenza will be ready to welcome Erasmus people from all over Italy! We’ll have parties, activities and trips!!!
THE FEE:
The fee is 300€, and it includes:
- Three nights (25, 26, 27 of May) in shared rooms
- Three Breakfasts
- Three Dinners
- Three Lunches
- 2 Trips with transfer
- Animation & Security
- Insurance
- 2 Parties everyday, one in the afternoon and one in the night, either at the beach or at the pool
- Welcome Kit with the official T-shirt
The price of 300€ could be reduced depending on the number of participants!!!
HOW TO APPLY:

and come to ESN office to pay the first 150€ to reserve your spot
The payment will be divided in 3 parts:
- the first of 150€, to reserve your spot at the registration
- the second of other 150€ later
- the last one of 50€ ( this is a deposit that you will receive back few days after the event if you haven’t damaged anything)
Payments will start on Monday 13rd March at ESN office!
Spots are LIMITED, therefore you will be registered only after have filled the form and have paid the first 150€. Everybody wants to be part of the event of the year!

Ha llegado el momento para el evento que todo el mundo estè esperando!!!
¿De qué estamos hablando? Del EVENTO NACIONAL 2017 !!!!
El lugar donde mas de 3000 Erasmus de toda Italia se reunirán en Cosenza con un único fin: la DIVERSION!
¿CUANDO ES?:
El EVENTO NAZIONALE serà desde el 25 hasta el 28 de mayo.
Todo en un centro turístico en frente del mar cerca de la hermosa ciudad de Cosenza que está listo para dar la bienvenida a los Erasmus de toda Italia! Habràn fiestas, actividades y excursiones.
QUE INCLUYE EL PRECIO?
El precio total será de € 300, y incluirá:
- Tres noches (25, 26, 27 de mayo) en habitaciones compartidas;
- Tres desayunos;
- Tres cenas;
- Tres comidas;
- 2 viajes con transferencia;
- Toda la Diversiòn, Animación y Seguridad de ESN Italia!!!
- Seguros;
- TODAS las fiestas (Dos cada día), una por la tarde y otra por la noche, en la playa o en la piscina;
- Welcome Kit con la camiseta oficial del Evento.
CÓMO PARTICIPAR:
por favor rellena este form: https://goo.gl/forms/9Mie2z84jXAzg6aR2 y vente a la oficina ESN para realizar el primero pago de 150€, asì que tendràs tu plaza reservada.
Tienes que hacer 3 pagos:
- el primero de solo 150€ para confirmar tu plaza
- el segundo más tarde de otros 150€
- el ultimo de 50€ ( es una fianza que nos devolvaremos algunos dias despues de la vuelta si no habeìs hecho daños).
Los pagos empiezaran el lunes 13 de marzo en la oficina ESN.
Solo despues del primero pago de 150€ tu registraciòn serà completa y tendras tu plaza reservada.
Asegúrete de ser el primero en aplicarse ( hay plazas LIMITADAS) porque todo el mundo quiere participar al Evento del año! No pierdas esta oportunidad!
