Cari Erasmus, l'Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, in cooperazione con ESN Modena, è lieta di invitarvi all'International Welcome Day for Incoming Students il 23 Settembre. L'evento è OBBLIGATORIO per TUTTI gli studenti Erasmus di Modena e Reggio Emilia e si terrà presso la Fondazione Marco Biagi in Largo Marco Biagi, 10 alle ore 10 ( in caso si una variazione della location dell'evento riceverete una email di conferma). La conferenza sarà tenuta dal Rettore dell'Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia Angelo O. Andrisano e dal Vice - Rettore Sergio Ferrari assieme ai rappresentanti dell'Università , dei comuni di Modena e Reggio Emilia e dalla nostra associazione ESN Modena. Il programma prevede sessioni interattive in cui riceverete importanti informazioni didattiche dai vostri coordinatori Erasmus. Al termine dell'evento verrà offerto un ricco buffet.
IMPORTANTE: LA PARTECIPAZIONE E OBBLIGATORIA anche nel caso in cui siano previste lezioni universitarie.

Dear Erasmus students, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia , in cooperation with ESN Modena, is glad to invite you to take part in the International Welcome Day for Incoming Students on September 23rd in Modena. The participation is MANDATORY for ALL Erasmus students of Modena and Reggio Emilia and it will take place at Fondazione Marco Biagi in Largo Marco Biagi, 10 at 10 a.m. ( in case of changes of the venue of the event you will receive an email confirmation). The conference will be hosted by the Rector Prof. of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia Angelo O. Andrisano and by Vice - Rector Prof. Sergio Ferrari together with the didactic coordinators of the University and the administrations of Modena and Reggio Emilia and by our association ESN Modena. The program consists of interactive sessions during which you will receive important didactic information from the Erasmus Coordinators. At the end of the event you will taste an amazing buffet for free.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The participation to the event is MANDATORY even in case of university classes.
